Joint founder of Keith Ashton Estates back in 1987 and estate agent extraordinaire, Mark is the father of our little family. Preparing himself for each and every day with a gym session could well be the explanation for his constant chilled out mood and unbelievable amount of energy. When he’s not sweating it out at work or at the gym, he’ll be occupied with his four children and their equally busy lives…
Lee started working for Keith Ashton fresh out of school at just sixteen. Almost twenty years later, Lee is now a director for Ashton & Charters and is the sensible one in the office. He’s lived in and around Billericay all his life and is now settled with wife Kath and their two adorable labradoodles, Harry and Stanley. The four of them can often be found on walks, particularly in Suffolk… if Lee isn't too busy checking the football results and listening to Talk Sport
Hannah is our resident youngster…making us all feel quite old! She joined us on an apprentice scheme and has learnt the ropes of all things estate agency and behind the scenes administration! She’s heavily involved in ensuring the office runs smoothly and looking after our clients. Our Hannah is outgoing and enjoys being a social butterfly!
Chris' career in estate agency started back on 1985; he keeps telling us he started very young! Many have said that if you cut Chris in half like a stick of rock, it would say 'Estate Agent' running right through the middle. From high end buying agent, country houses, new homes and investments it's fair to say Chris has a passion for property! When he can tear himself away from the office, Chris can often be found in his kitchen rustling up a 'Master Chef' creation for his wife Dawn and their three children”.
